Urunga School of Arts presents

Vaudeville Daze

An evening of Music, Mayhem and Merriment

The Aria award winning Mic Conway (Captain Matchbox) and multi-instrumentalist and flatpickin’ champion Robbie Long present an evening of vaudeville, meets cabaret, meets magic, meets fire eating, tap dancing and loads more madcap fun.
Stripped back, irreverent and shameless, Mic and Robbie play unusual and idiosyncratic tunes that make jaws drop, toes tap and sides split.

“A magic world turned upside down, where the norm is the unexpected, where a joyous anarchy is layered with lunacy and a sly sophistication that reaches beyond Monty Python, where the MC has a vaudeville soul and slips as easily into a tap-dancing character out of a ’20s sideshow as a big-band crooner or a magician. And the music is great too!”
